OK this is my first tut so I hope its helpful, but Ok lets go:
Tools needed:
-Blender( I used the latest version)
So here we go:
1- Open up blender and add any primitive you want, e.g: Cube.
2- Click W key while in edit mode and click subdivide 1 or 2 times, well as many times you want.
3- Finally while in edit mode press Alt+S and scale the primitive. You will notice that you will have a simple
but advanced shape.
Look at the screenshot, I used a cube. This is a very simple way to model some advanced shapes in just seconds.
